Initiate Your Request

Log into your Dshop account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
